This extraordinary and very interesting formed bronze sculpture was created by the famous artist and sculptor Milo, who named this figure "human trait study". The half-abstract half-realistic sculpture is an impressive image of a human creature. Milo created a very extraordinary sculpture with a detailed surface but with an almost plane back. The front of the figure is very detailed and kind of modern and bizarre. The sculpture with the name "human trait study" is made of 100% finest bronze and is signed by the famous Portuguese artist Milo. A simple marble-base completes the fantastic modern art sculpture of Milo.
As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.
"Human Trait Study" was made by Milo. Milo was born with the full name Miguel Fernando Lopez in 1955 in Lisbon, Portugal. The artist studied at the University of Lisbon art and sculpture and sold first sculptures during his time as a student. After he finished his studies the sculptor married his girlfriend and stepped up his work as a freelance artist. Milo is nowadays a well known and very famous artist who is working as freelance artist all over Europe. Since a few years, Milo also cooperates with our foundry and become a very close partner. His modern art sculptures as well as his animal and nude sculptures are beloved collector's items.
