This heavy Modern Art bronze sculpture named "Nude Male Wrestling" is something really special and was created by the famous Portuguese artist and sculptor Milo. The sculpture is a captured moment of a fight between two male creatures looking like a torso. The sculpture is a crazy idea of Milo, who resurrected the nude male wrestler. Our very abstract figure is made of 100% bronze and also signed by the great sculptor Milo. The solid marble-base the two fighters are affixed on is a great addition to this amazing modern art bronze sculpture.
As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.
Miguel Vernando Lopez was born in 1955 in Lisbon and studied five years at the university in Lisbon. His subject was art and sculpture. He later started his own business as freelance artist. He prefers to create modern art figures and also nude sculptures and animal sculptures. The artist Milo is working for our foundry as well as four other clients. Milo is well known all over Europe and famous for his stunning art and his amazing sculptures. Because he loves his hometown as much as he loves his wife he is still living in a small suburb of Lisbon together with his beloved wife. Both met during their time at the University of Lisbon.
