"The Kiss" is a real aesthetic Modern Art Bronze on marble-base. The sculpture is an image of two naked lovers on a rock and it is one of the best known sculptures of the famous artist Auguste Rodin. Without any doubt, "The Kiss" shows with impressive kind, once of the best products in Modern Art Design. Holding each other, this nude couple is kissing each other and sitting on a rock. A squared marble-base is secured below the bronze and the artwork is signed at the right side of the bronze base. A seal is mounted on the backside. The sculpture is made of finest bronze material and was casted in our foundry in an amazing agreement to the original. The sculpture is a focal point in every exhibition!  The sculpture was made by the famous designer Auguste Rodin, creator of countless lovely figures. It is an absolute eye-catcher for friends of bronze sculptures or collectors of Modern Art objects.

As all of the bronze products in our shop, this exhibit is hand-cast in our own foundry and subject to our strict quality inspections throughout the entire process of fabrication. All of our sculptures are exclusively compounded with the help of lost-wax casting.


The famous artist François-Auguste-René Rodin was born in Paris in 1840. He visited the École des Arts décoratifs after the Ecole nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Paris refused him to study there. François-Auguste-René Rodin travelled a lot and visited Rome and Florence and several places in France. Rodins art work was shown at the world exhibition in Paris in 1900 and he become many awards for his work. He is known as one of the most important artists ever and as progenitor and pioneer of the Modern Art sculpture. One of his most popular artwork was "The Gates of Hell", the entrance for the planed new Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. He got his appointment in 1880 but never finished it. Some of his best known sculptures like "The Thinker" are single motives of this huge gate, which was casted in bronze after his death. Auguste Rodin died in the year 1917 in Meudon.
