Art Nouveau sculpture in Bronze Shop
Art Nouveau is an international movement at the turn of the 20th Century and a style of art, applied art and architecture. The period lasted from 1985/90 till 1914 in Europe and America and was named after the German magazine “Jugend” founded in Munich. It was a period, with its peak in Europe but international influence.
Popular designs, especially for architecture are parabolas and hyperbolas in windows or doors. The interior design was characterized by abstract elements like the texture of flames or shells. The glass works of Louis Comfort Tiffany belong to the most famous works of Art Nouveau glasswork

Nouveau embraced the whole life and the cultural surroundings of its period, started with art and ending with the decoration of interior design.
